A day above things (and the olive trees)

The pool is elevated, like a silent monument to the art of relaxation. Below you: silvery olive groves shimmering in the sun, seemingly never in a hurry.

You lie in the water, watch the sky turn blue and feel a bit like a philosophical peach: ripe, content, slightly chilled.

A drink comes along – lemon, mint, maybe a touch of magic.
